City hotels in buildings that were made for something else, or that give a large part of their ground floor to a public room, a cinema or a courtyard shared with the street.
Capsule Hotels
Houses built around compact cabin rooms rather than standard hotel rooms. Three of the four are addresses of chains, and each entry says so, since it describes one house and not a group.
Casino Hotels
Four Canadian resort complexes described as hotels: their buildings, their halls, their restaurants and the ground they stand on. The gaming floor is not described, assessed or discussed anywhere on this site.
